Ian’s main interest is in working on mid- and high-level control systems for wearable robotics. He has been part of the lab as an undergraduate through the VIP program since January 2019. His current goal is to use machine learning to determine user intent for use in an assistive back exoskeleton. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and making things.
