Cassidy Schuman

Cassidy is a Robotics Ph.D. student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, advised by Dr. Aaron Young. She earned her B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and minored in Cognitive Science.
Her research interests lie at the intersection of robotics, neuroscience, and clinical translation. She is particularly interested in how human-robot interaction can support motor learning and improve functional outcomes for children in rehabilitation programs.

Outside the lab, Cassidy enjoys all things sports, baking, and exploring the city.
