Emily is a master’s thesis student advised by Dr. Aaron Young. She received her B.S. in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech, where she did 2 years of undergraduate research on the pediatric knee exoskeleton through the VIP program. She is continuing research on that project, and is interested in human biomechanics and the use of robotics in clinical rehabilitation.
Outside of the lab, she enjoys dancing, music, and cooking.
